Spinach, Tomatoes and Corn

Ingredients

 15.5 ounces (about 2 cups) fresh spinach
 15.5 ounces (about 3 medium) fresh tomatoes (diced)
 15.5 ounces (about 2 1/2 cups) fresh sweet corn (removed from cob)
 3 cups water
 1 tablespoon margarine

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat and cover.
  2. Heat thoroughly, about 10 minutes.
  3. Drain, and add seasonings to taste.
